Two small but boutique premises in picturesque holiday destination Parga, the My Suite and Ideal House Studios and Apartments are looking to hire an Operations Manager to operate the premises and fulfill the wishes of the upscale guests of these premises for the season 2017.
Parga is the most vibrant destination in Epirus and international tourists are streaming from all over Europe to enjoy the unique culture, food delicacies, nightlife and natural environment
Position Requirements:
2+ years' experience in front desk operations and reservations Excellent command of written and spoken Greek and English language Excellent computer skill (Excel, Word, Power Point etc.) Knowledge of operating and improving social media, will be consider a plus Excellent knowledge of working with emails and internet Experience in navigating, adjusting, and handling all internet booking engines [Expedia, Booking.com, Hotelbeds, etc] to maximize sales, profit and minimize empty rooms Ability to drive sales to successfully fill empty rooms at the best possible price, opening and closing of availability Knowledge of use of social media for advertising, booking and communication with potential and existing clients Monitoring of pricing and increased profit yield After-sales follow-up with guests Strong negotiating skills with agents, partners, vendors and clients Ability to upsell to clients [upgrades, extra purchases such as restaurant reservations, sunbeds, other bookings] Freedom to travel to trade shows, visit agencies, potential new cooperators The Company Offers:
