Europe is a dream destination to travel to. Beautiful countries, quaint cafes, majestic architecture and amazing streets that draw us in, there is so much to do and see in Europe. Recently, Travel + Leisure ranked European cities after its readers rated them based on their landmarks, food, culture, sights, shopping, friendliness and overall value. And while there were some obvious winners in the list, we also saw a few surprises that made the cut. Not just big cities, smaller ones also got their share of popularity and exposure.
