Tourists can get more bang for their buck in eastern European countries as prices for traditional destinations rocket.
Poland is the cheapest holiday hotspot, with a weekend break for two in Warsaw costing just £113.
Cities in Lithuania, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Latvia are also great value for money.
A trip to Lithuanian capital Vilnius will also set you back £113, with a break in Budapest just £123.

Research by the Post Office found the cost of holidays in the Balearic Islands and Portugal has gone through the roof.
Spokesman Andrew Brown said Brits can save money abroad if they "do their homework".
He said: "This year's higher prices make it doubly important for holidaymakers to check costs for meals, drinks and sightseeing.
"Our research found wide variations in costs between cities, and those people who are prepared to swap can make their pounds stretch further by choosing a cheaper capital city such as Warsaw."
Package trips for a family of four to popular destinations such as Portugal and Ibiza cost around £3,000 during the school holidays.

The price hikes are the result of terror fears in traditionally popular holiday destinations after 30 Brits were killed by jihadis in Tunisia last year and a Russian jet was downed leaving Sharm el-Sheikh in Egypt.
TravelSupermarket expert Bob Atkinson said: "I can't remember a year in travel like this. We've seen massive changes in where people are interested in going year on year and this is putting increasing pressure on finding the holiday that you want.
"We are turning our backs on some of the beach areas that have been firm favourites, such as Egypt and, of course, Tunisia."
